How can I track my order?

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, your invoice will be available at "My Astral" and on this invoice you will find the Track and Trace number, when you have send out with UPS. The number starts with 1ZEV... UPS will send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the tracking number, if available. Click the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier's website. Tracking information may not be immediately available.
All shipments require a signature on delivery.

The Small Package post service with Budget Priority mail that we offer to customers in certain territories does not have tracking possibilities and involves a risk of not being delivered. By choosing this option of shipment we can not be held responsible for missing shipments.
